Starting up engines on a foggy night. Built 1977, retained by Fokker as PH-YEM. Leased to Libyan Arab 1978-1979. Lauda Air OE-ILB 1980, leased to Egyptair 1981-1982 and to Aviaco as EC-DSS 1983-1984. WDL D-AELB 1985, leased to DLT 1986, leased to FTG 1989. Written off in forced landing on a training flight near Cologne 24 February 1990, crew ok.

Seriously damaged after landing at Edwards AFB Nov 9, 1999. Returned to Edwards AFB Feb 20, 2006 after a 23-hour flight from Australia. It returned from 4 years of operational duty where it logged 4,245 combat hours supporting Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom and Combined Task Force-Horn of Africa. 4800 flight hours accrued in 249 sorties (of which 191 were quoted as combat) .
Preserved at Wright Patterson AFB Museum.
