This is one of those Kai Tak photos that gets my heart beat racing just looking at it!

I recon he's just about to give some left rudder and have a fairly smooth landing :)

This photo is amazing! It would be very difficult to find something similar.

Pull up and try it all over again. Don't risk bending the airplane.

I think he should go up and try his approach again, or risk landing in the water. Awesome shot.

what's the desision hight for kai tak ? 50ft ? ^^

Hopefully you have now a better camera :P

A familiar sight for inexperienced "armchair Captains".
To the chap below, DH was 660ft, which should be at the middle marker. At this point if the runway is not in sight you execute a missed approach, but you can still go around for reasons other than vis.: in the case of Kai Tak this means not being able to put the thing down!
